Heather graduated with a degree in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and started her career in economic consulting before falling in love with the travel industry. Heather can vaunt over 16 years of online travel experience, specializing in the fields of ecommerce, website optimiziation and online marketing, and having worked for companies such as National Leisure Group (NLG), Orbitz Worldwide and Jetsetter.

Currently, she is the Managing Director for Europe of HotelTonight, a pioneer in “mobile commerce”. The application presents same-day hotel offers that can be booked directly from your smartphone device. HotelTonight has created a marketplace, matching the demand from people who need a hotel quickly with supply from partners whose rooms, without this application, would most likely remain empty.

Two interesting items about Heather: she would absolutely love to go Heli-skiing in Russia and her favourite travel accessories are cashmere socks and a good book! She is currently based in London, UK.
