Roberta is a professor for degree courses in Economy of Tourism and Communication Sciences at the Università di Genova.

She works in consulting and higher education in the field of web marketing (above all in the tourism sector, but not only) and is a popular blogger.

Before dedicating herself to these subjects, she had a decade-worth’s of experience in marketing and sales for Johnson & Johnson Medical.

In July of 2011, Viaggi in Rete, dal nuovo marketing turistico ai viaggi nei mondi virtuali, came out published by FrancoAngeli, and of which she is editor along with Mario Gerosa.

A much-appreciated speaker, she is often a guest at targeted conferences on the subject of tourism marketing.
