Florence Kaci

Director, Sales, EMEA and European Market Specialist PhoCusWright

Since April 2010 Florence has been working in the London office of PhoCusWright, with the objective of spreading awareness of the company’s products and services, and creating partnerships in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Florence is a frequent and much-sought-after speaker for the most important travel events in Europe.

Before going to work for PhoCusWright, she worked at REZSolutions, before its acquisition by Pegasus Solutions. While working at Pegasus Solutions since January 2001, she covered various positions before coming into her role as Sales and Account Director in April of 2004.

Before that, Florence worked at Starwood in Paris for a hotel group from Mauritius and for the French government tourism office in New York City.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Tourism Management at the ESCAET, Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises du Tourisme.
